Our client is an extraordinarily successful multi-branch distributor and importer of building materials and is needing to hire an experienced Controller.

In this role you will guide financial decisions, establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the CFO with financial reports and budgeting.
Work with financial team to create internal controls and policies.
Identify potential problems; offer solutions.
Protect assets by enforcing internal controls.
Assist with billing and tax documentation preparation.

Qualifications:

BA Degree
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as a Controller
Manufacturing or wholesale distribution required.
Highly detailed and organized.
Strong initiative and sense of urgency when needed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaboration and teamwork skills
CPA Preferred but not required.
Ability to commute to the South Seattle/Tacoma area. (Not remote.)

Start to $80k-100k DOE, full benefits including medical, dental, 401k with match and PTO!
