Account Coordinator - Entry Level
Our client, a rapidly growing start-up technology firm needs to add a Account Coordinator to their team! This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door at a technology start-up that is extremely well-funded, hiring for multiple roles, and offers much opportunity for growth and challenge. Recent graduates encouraged to apply!
In this role you will monitor quality metrics of partner carriers and drivers as you partner with the sales and operations teams. Handle customer support, training and quality control to make sure ultimate product use. Ensure shipments are delivered accurately and troubleshoot/problem-solve with tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- BA Degree
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience working with customers over the phone
- Relationship building and problem solving skills
- A positive, proactive attitude
Starting salary: $55,000 plus full employer-paid benefits and huge growth potential!
