Director of Sales
Our client, a leading SaaS company, is looking for a looking for a Director of Sales that is eager to contribute to a fast-growing business. This is a unique opportunity for a bright and motivated candidate to make their mark by building and growing a sales team in a new and expanding market.
In this role you will report to and collaborate with the CEO and be responsible for managing the sales team. You will be expected to learn quickly and leverage analytical tools to optimize sales performance and navigate key deals.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and build a growing sales team
· Analyze performance metrics data to effectively direct the Sales team
· Recruit, train and develop new and existing account executives
· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
· Navigate and direct sales team through complex deals
· Review and carefully manage CRM and other sales tools
Qualifications:
· Qualified candidate must have a ‘lead by example’ approach, and know how to motivate a team.
· Have proven track record of success, where you have been ‘evangelizing’ your product or service, and selling the ‘vision’, versus the features & technical specs.
· 5+ years in a SaaS sales management role and a BA degree.
· Must be focused and have the ability to lead and work alongside your team.
Compensation:
Starting base salary $90 to $120k, $160 OTE your first year with 100% paid medical/dental, on site gym, free parking and 3 weeks’ vacation your first year.
