They are growing their business development team and looking for an experienced restoration Operations Manager to join their team.

Title: Restoration Operations Manager

Salary: $75-,000-$85,000

MUST HAVE:

5+ years of restoration knowledge and experience

IICRC WTR certification

Software familiarity: Xactimate Billing software

Main Responsibilities:

Create and implement an Operational Department strategic plan for the division including short and long-term goals, and a system to monitor progress towards reaching those goals.

Support organizational teamwork and act as an advocate for corporate values.

Initiates training program to include new and existing technicians. Implements systems so training programs can be documented and monitored.

Supervises, directs, and monitors operational staff.
