Carrier Sales Representative - Logistics Opportunity - Kansas City
We're currently seeking Carrier Sales Specialists to join a dynamic team with our client, a third-party logistics company dedicated to optimizing supply chain operations.
Responsibilities:
- Procure carriers for bids, projects, and other requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize key performance indicators to detect patterns and enhance opportunities for enhancement.
- Identify and onboard new carrier partners.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing carriers.
- Negotiate rates with carrier partners to help clients succeed.
Details:
- Hybrid/Remote - 3 days/week in office!
- up to $65,000 base salary + $9,000 in performance incentives (uncapped)

Requirements:
- Associate Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and industry experience
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or transportation is highly preferred.
