Onboarding Specialists - We have an opportunity for you!

Our employer client is an established SaaS company within the final mile delivery industry.

We have worked with them for years and they are looking for their next Onboarding Specialist to come and join their team:

You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the initial setup and implementation of their logistics SaaS platform. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing tailored training, and ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process to active usage of the software. You will also provide first-line technical support. Troubleshoot issues, guide clients through problem resolution, and collaborate with the technical team as needed. You come with a high technical proficiency and experience with integration and implementation processes.
