Construction Product Distributor Seeking Sales Representatives in both markets.
Join a leading distributor of top-notch construction products, operating for over 50 years with multiple branches. One of the largest construction product suppliers in the country.
Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships through sales contacts.
Develop new business opportunities via cold calls and lead generation.
Meet/exceed sales and margin expectations in the assigned territory.
Execute monthly and annual sales plans, demonstrating business acumen.
Maximize face-to-face selling time to drive sales growth.
Coordinate with the inside sales team and vendors for effective promotion.
Maintain ethical business practices consistent with our corporate culture.
Requirements:
Strong business development skills.
Excellent customer service attitude.
4-year degree preferred.
Sales experience in a B2B environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Word, and Excel.
Ability to learn product lines and work within a team.
Traits:

Compensation:
Base salary: $80-100k, DOE
Commission based on branch gross profit and prior fiscal year.
Potential for over $100k with branch growth incentives at year-end.
