Customer Account Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS company serving industry leaders around the world needs to add a Customer Account Manager to their highly motivated team. This is a fast-paced sales team focused on changing the way organizations think about how they develop their people and drive new business in the process.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customers
- Create strategic account plans for top opportunities
- Identify upsell opportunities
- Navigate complex organizations and identify new key executives to further account growth
Qualifications:
- 3+ years SaaS Account Management Experience
- BA Degree
- Proven track record of over-achievement
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations and webinars
- Strong interpersonal skills
Base Salary $70 to $80k DOE with generous health, dental and vision benefits, free on-site gym, continuous learning opportunities and regular culture building activities.
