As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing post-sales engagement, guiding clients through renewals, and providing ongoing support. You'll also be instrumental in identifying avenues for upselling and expansion, while adeptly managing subscription cancellations and late payments. Collaboration across departments to incorporate customer insights into product enhancements and marketing strategies is key to success in this role.

- Competitive salary: $60-$65K base with a 10% monthly bonus
