Hiring: Account Services Coordinator (Wholesale Footwear)

We’re partnering with a respected footwear brand to hire an Account Services Coordinator who will serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of wholesale accounts across department stores, national retailers, and specialty boutiques.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves details, and takes pride in ensuring every order flows seamlessly from entry to delivery.

What you’ll do:
- Own day-to-day operations for a defined book of wholesale accounts
- Manage order entry, tracking, and communication from start to finish
- Proactively troubleshoot order issues, delays, and compliance needs
- Coordinate samples and communicate feedback cross-functionally
- Act as the key liaison between Sales, Production, Design, DC, and retail partners
- Ensure accuracy across portals, EDI requirements, routing guides, and documentation

What we’re looking for:
- 2–3+ years of experience in wholesale, account services, or sales operations (footwear/apparel preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Experience supporting major retail or department store accounts
- Proficiency in Excel and order management/ERP systems (SAP, M3, or similar a plus)
