Accounting Manager

We are partnering with a growing organization in the commercial HVAC industry that's looking for an Accounting Manager to support multiple operating companies in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

In this role, you'll oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, perform variance analysis, and develop financial reporting packages.

You'll also lead the day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, customer collections, vendor payments, and support the accounting team while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and HR to align financial goals with business objectives, assist with audits, drive process improvements, and proactively identify and resolve accounting discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.

What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong experience with financial reporting, month-end close, and GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA and construction, engineering, or HVAC industry experience are a plus, but not required

Compensation: $110K–$130K base salary + full benefits.
