Associate Director of Affordable Housing Development

We are recruiting on behalf of a community-driven nonprofit in Central Washington (near Ellensburg) who is growing its development team and hiring an Associate Director of Affordable Housing Development.
This role is perfect for someone who loves guiding projects from early concept through completion — and wants their work to directly improve lives in the community.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Director in planning, financing, and delivering affordable housing projects
- Prepare and track funding applications (LIHTC, HUD, USDA, WA Housing Trust Fund)
- Conduct research, market studies, and financial modeling for new developments
- Partner with local stakeholders, funders, and internal teams to keep projects moving

Pay & Benefits
- $65K–$70K starting salary (DOE)
- Clear path to a Director-level role by end of 2026 — targeted at $98K
