Bilingual Solution Engineer

We are partnering with a global hardware and storage technology company that's expanding its LATAM Solutions Engineering team in Bellevue, WA.

If you enjoy blending pre-sales, technical consulting, customer-facing problem solving, and solution design, this is a unique opportunity to own the entire customer journey—from product demonstrations and solution architecture to deployment support and trusted technical advising.

Ideal background:
- 3–5 years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Consulting
- Experience with hardware technologies such as data centers, servers, networking, storage, CCTV, or similar
- Native Spanish fluency is required

Compensation:
- $70-$90K base, OTE: $75K–$110K+
- Uncapped performance incentives

Location:
Hybrid — 3 days/week in Bellevue, WA | 2 days remote
