We are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing marine and waterfront lifestyle company to hire a Boat Sales Professional.
This is a rare opportunity to join a team that’s rapidly expanding its boat sales division and looking for someone who thinks like an entrepreneur — a true hunter who can own the process from prospecting to close.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling pre-owned (and eventually new) boats
- Managing the full sales cycle: lead → demo → sea trial → close
- Handling inbound leads and creating your own outbound opportunities
- Building long-term client and referral relationships
- Attending boat shows, local events, and promotions
Experience Required:
- Prior boat or marine industry experience
- Full-cycle sales experience
- Comfortable using CRM tools
- Self-motivated, money-driven, and entrepreneurial
Compensation:
Year 1 OTE: $130K–$160K
Top performers earning $200K+
Uncapped earning potential
Location & Schedule:
- Hybrid: 4 days onsite (Tacoma), 1 day remote
