Fabrication Manager

We are partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor that has been serving the Pacific Northwest for decades and is currently experiencing significant growth.

They’re looking for a Fabrication Manager to help lead fabrication operations and play a key role in delivering large-scale mechanical projects.

This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll work closely with project teams, support planning and budgeting efforts, and drive execution across fabrication scheduling, manpower forecasting, and shop coordination.

What they're looking for:
- Experience in mechanical fabrication, MEP, or project management environments
- Strong estimating, scheduling, and labor forecasting skills
- Leadership experience managing PMs, engineers, and coordinators
- Deep understanding of fabrication workflows and field coordination
