Outside Sales Representative

We are currently partnering with an incredible client that has built a leading reputation across Montana and Wyoming—and they’re growing. They’re looking to bring on multiple Outside Sales Consultants to join a high-performing, collaborative team backed by an active and supportive ownership group. This is a company that truly dominates their space across the Great Plains, with strong momentum and exciting expansion underway.

The Opportunity:

- Base Salary: $65K–$70K
- Average OTE: $150K (top performers exceeding $300K+)
- Uncapped commission + full benefits
- Strong culture, support, and long-term growth potential

What They’re Looking For:
- 3–5+ years of experience in or adjacent to equipment rentals
- Background in construction, agriculture, or forestry is a plus (not required)
