Shipping Specialist

We're Hiring: Shipping Specialist | South Seattle, WA

We’re excited to partner with a high-end manufacturer in the south end of Seattle to find a Shipping Specialist to join their fast-paced, hands-on Warehouse Team!

This role is critical to day-to-day operations and works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Manager to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely shipping—both domestically and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Pick, pack, and process small parcel shipments

- Handle export documentation and international compliance

- Coordinate pickups with UPS, DHL, etc.

- Maintain organized and audit-ready shipment records

- Collaborate with multiple departments

What You Bring:

2+ years in shipping/logistics

Experience with international shipping, export docs, UPS WorldShip, DHL+

Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication

ERP + Microsoft Office skills

A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently

High school diploma required — logistics/trade certifications are a bonus!

Location: South Seattle (On-site)

Schedule: Full-time, M–F

$24-$26/hour + full benefits
