Supply Chain & Operations Leader

We are currently hiring for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager role with a well-established enterprise tech company in Bellevue.

This is a critical role overseeing their Americas distribution strategy, with a base salary of $100K–$130K DOE, plus full benefits, 401k, PTO, and significant growth potential.
Location: Fully in-office, M–F in Bellevue
Languages Required: Native-level Mandarin Chinese + English (reading, writing, speaking)

You’ll be the point person for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, distribution partner management, and leading a small operations team. You’ll collaborate closely with local teams and directly with the factory and HQ operations in Asia.

Ideal candidates bring:
- 5+ years in supply chain or operations management (tech hardware/computer components distribution strongly preferred)
- Native-level Mandarin Chinese + English fluency
- SAP experience (process design, workflow optimization, or system improvements)
- Customs/import compliance knowledge (codes, duties, documentation)
- Strong experience working with carriers (FedEx, UPS), 3PLs, freight forwarders, and distribution partners
- Forecasting + demand planning skills with strong negotiation ability
- Leadership experience
- Ability to be the go-to person when pricing, inventory, or distribution issues arise
