Territory Sales Representative (Boise, ID)

We are partnering with a well-established, privately held manufacturer supporting the electrical industries. With 100+ years of success, this company is known for high-quality products, innovation, and strong long-term relationships across their distributor network.

This is a high-impact territory sales role covering Southern Idaho + Alaska (with the primary focus in Southern Idaho). The role is a great mix of 60% account management / 40% new business development, giving you the ability to truly own your territory and drive growth.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building demand with end-users and increasing brand awareness
- Supporting and training distributor sales teams
- Creating and executing an annual territory sales plan
- Leading product demos and presentations
- Managing quoting, pricing, and inventory discussions
- Staying active in the field (meeting clients 3–4 days/week)

Compensation + Perks:
- $115K–$120K base
- $30K commission target (uncapped!)
