VCS Manager

We are currently recruiting for a VCS Manager role with an established contractor in the Pacific Northwest that’s been around for many decades.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity overseeing a large VCS/BIM group (20–40 people total) while helping drive process improvements, mentor teams, and influence how virtual construction is integrated across both operations and preconstruction.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a large VCS/BIM team
- Managing staffing forecasts, budgets, and schedules
- Developing and overseeing VDC Execution Plans
- Driving innovation through new virtual construction tools and technologies

They’re looking for someone strong in:
- Revit / AutoCAD / Navisworks / CADmep / BIM 360 Glue
- Plumbing, piping, or MEP coordination
- VDC execution planning and detailing oversight

Ideal background:
- 5–10 years of relevant industry experience
- 3–5 years of leadership or management experience
- Technical training in AutoCAD/Revit preferred

Details:
- $130k–$180k base + 10% bonus
