Hiring: Business Development Manager (*need to be located in San Francisco or Seattle*)

They are now seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with a passion for client acquisition, relationship-building, and strategic growth.
About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business initiatives. You'll focus on identifying and developing client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience, with strong executive-level selling and negotiation skills
Experience working with Microsoft accounts is required
Self-starter mentality with a passion for new business development
Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
Existing network within regional markets and relevant industry verticals
High integrity, strong motivation, and a growth-oriented mindset
