CANDIDATE AGREEMENT *

1. I understand that there is no cost to me for this service. 2. I hereby authorize Seattle Corporate Search (SCS) to represent and assist me in securing a job/employment. 3. I understand that an additional background check may be required by SCS, or a prospective employer, at the time of hire. 4. I hereby authorize SCS to verify all references I have provided to my recruiter. 5. I understand that SCS reserves the right to cease to represent me for any reason, with the exception of my inclusion in any protected class. 6. I warrant that all facts supplied by me are true and correct. I understand that SCS and any potential employers will be relying on the accuracy of the information I am supplying. I further understand that SCS can cease to represent me if any information is false. I further understand that if SCS learns of any falsity after I have been placed in a position as a result of efforts by SCS, they will communicate that information to my new employer. 7. We will only share your information with employers we've mutually agreed upon, either verbally or in writing, as those you're interested in pursuing. 8. I hereby release and hold harmless SCS and its principals, agents and employees from any liability of any nature and kind, including attorney's fees and costs arising or resulting from any activities performed in attempting to secure employment for Candidate including the release of any Candidate information.
