Account Services Coordinator
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love keeping things organized and running smoothly? This role plays a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of wholesale footwear accounts across multiple retail channels—including major department stores, national chains, and specialty boutiques.
As the operational backbone for your assigned accounts, you’ll ensure every order flows accurately and efficiently—from entry to delivery. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and customers to anticipate issues, manage timelines, and make sure every pair of shoes gets where it needs to be, on time.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage a defined set of wholesale accounts, serving as the key operational contact from start to finish.
- Enter, track, and maintain orders—ensuring every detail (style, quantity, pricing, delivery window) is correct.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and logistics teams to communicate updates and resolve challenges before they become problems.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years in wholesale, account management, or sales operations—ideally within footwear, apparel, accessories, or other consumer goods. Experience managing large retail or department store accounts is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with ERP or order management systems (such as M3, SAP, or similar) and EDI processes is highly valued.
Location: Fully in-office in Bellevue, WA
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually
