Asset Manager

We are looking for an Asset Manager who goes beyond the numbers.
- Someone who understands the P&L but also enjoys rolling up their sleeves, taking ownership, and driving results across:
- Asset performance and financial analysis
- CapEx planning and deferred maintenance
- Vendor management and accountability
- Marketing and operational initiatives
- Identifying opportunities and making sure things actually get done

- Salary: $100,000 + Equity participation opportunity
- Fully on site: Atlanta, GA
