Head of Operations

We are working on a Head of Operations opportunity that is much bigger than the title might suggest.

This company just raised another round in equity and currently operates around 30 locations and they are in a hypergrowth stage!

The capital and acquisition strategy are already in place. Now, they need an operational leader who can step in, take ownership, and build the organization needed to support that growth.

This person will:
- Own the P&L and overall operational performance
- Build and lead the team
- Develop the systems, processes, and infrastructure needed to scale
- Help transition the business from founder-led operations to a scalable organization
- Have significant influence over how the company grows

And there’s another exciting piece to the opportunity:
Alongside the core business, they’re launching a new third-party platform — and this role will help shape the operational side of that business from the ground up.

Prefer on site in Atlanta, GA
$110K–$140K base + significant equity
