Customer Service Representative

We are looking to connect with someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and taking ownership of their day-to-day responsibilities!

This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable making outbound calls while providing a friendly, professional customer experience.

Details:
- Onsite in Everett, WA
- $30/hour, depending on experience
- Potential to earn approximately $15K–$20K annually in performance-based bonuses
- Outbound customer follow-ups and satisfaction surveys
- Plenty of autonomy with minimal supervision
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones

A few things to know:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position (no benefits are offered)
- The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and motivated by performance-based goals.
- The interview process is straightforward, and there’s an opportunity to train alongside the current contractor before their upcoming retirement.
