We are currently working with a well-established, family-owned distributor that is expanding its presence in Northern California and looking to add an experienced candidate to their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with contractors, building relationships, and being the person customers can count on when they need the right product, availability, or solution quickly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from HVAC contractors
- Quote HVAC equipment, parts, and accessories
- Process orders, returns, credits, and warranties
- Partner closely with outside sales to grow and retain accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Help customers with product availability, substitutions, and lead times
- Provide fast, accurate, and knowledgeable customer service
Details:
Northern California
$30–$38/hour
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
What we’re looking for:
- HVAC distribution or contractor experience preferred
- Inside sales or counter sales experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment and components
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
