Customer Success Manager
We are working with a well-established enterprise technology company in the Reston, VA area that is looking to add a Customer Success Manager with a strong Account Management + Business Development background to their growing team.
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role that blends account expansion and new business development within a complex enterprise sales environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 20–50 enterprise accounts (including Fortune 500 companies)
- Drive expansion within existing accounts while also identifying new opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close (3–9 month cycles)
- Engage regularly with Director-level and above stakeholders
- Occasionally prospect through outreach and industry events
~25% domestic travel
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience selling to enterprise decision makers or in IT/technology sales (hardware experience a plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in B2B environments
- Familiarity with storage infrastructure or adjacent solutions (security, networking, backup)
- A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and drive
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Six-figure base salary
Uncapped commission/incentives
