Director of Logistics

We’re partnering with a well-established Pacific Northwest mechanical contractor known for its innovation, teamwork, and long-standing reputation for excellence. This is a key leadership role overseeing logistics operations across multiple departments and helping shape the company’s continued success.

Role Highlights:
- Lead Warehouse, Purchasing, Tool Room, Fleet & Facilities teams
- Manage 4 department heads while driving cross-functional efficiency
- Champion process improvements, technology adoption, and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing and Operations leadership

Experience Required:
- 10+ Years of proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing logistics teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and financial management abilities; skilled in data-driven decision-making and cost optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration

Location: Everett, WA (on-site)
Salary: $140K–$165K DOE
