Field and Events Marketing Specialist

We’re partnering with a well-established enterprise technology company headquartered in Bellevue, WA to find a Field & Events Marketing Specialist who loves turning great events into real pipeline impact.

This organization builds technology solutions that help businesses better protect their data.

What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end event marketing strategy (partner/MDF events, owned events, tradeshows)
- Evaluate and recommend events based on ROI and strategic alignment
- Manage planning, budgeting, logistics, and flawless execution
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and content teams
- Track performance and translate events into measurable pipeline results

What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in event, field, or partner marketing (B2B/tech preferred)
- Hands-on experience with in-person and virtual events + tradeshows
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven, opinionated, and confident making strategic recommendations

Role details:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Bellevue, WA (Mon–Wed)
- Compensation: $80–85K base + performance-based bonuses
