CIO

We are partnering with a fast-growing, $500M global professional services organization to hire a hands-on, strategic CIO who wants real ownership and impact—while working alongside an exceptional, highly collaborative leadership team.

This leader will step in mid-implementation of a major Salesforce-driven transformation and play a critical role in:
- Enterprise systems modernization
- Workforce enablement
- Operational excellence at scale

This role is a strong fit for a CIO who:
- Has led IT for organizations of ~300–800 employees with budgets under $5M
- Owns ERP systems and integrates platforms like Salesforce (Sales, Service & Experience Clouds)
- Drives modernization initiatives end-to-end (requirements gathering, build vs. buy, execution)
- Builds and leads lean, high-performing global teams (≤15 people)
- Brings strong professional services experience and high personal integrity
