General Manager

We are hiring a General Manager for a fast-paced, family-focused entertainment venue in Auburn, WA, recently updated with a multi-million-dollar renovation.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll:

• Oversee daily operations

• Hire, coach, and support team members

• Manage scheduling, payroll, and safety standards

• Drive exceptional guest experiences

• Collaborate on events and facility coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of leadership experience

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• High-energy, team-first mindset

• Passion for working with youth and families

• Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus

• Base pay: $50,000–$65,000 + monthly bonuses (up to $30K/year)
