Industrial Estimator

We are partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor in the Pacific Northwest that is entering an exciting phase of growth, with plans to expand into new markets over the next several years. They're looking to add an Industrial Estimator to their team to support complex industrial and mechanical projects. What they're offering:
- $87,000-$120,000 base salary
- Bonus opportunity
- 4% 401(k) match

In this role, you'll:
- Develop conceptual and detailed project estimates
- Estimate industrial piping, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Review drawings, specifications, and P&IDs
- Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing
- Support projects from early pursuit through bid day
- Partner closely with operations and business development teams
