Performance Assurance Services Manager

We are partnering with a respected mechanical contractor—an organization with 50+ years of industry leadership—to help them find a Performance Assurance Services Manager.

This is a brand-new leadership position with the opportunity to build an entire function from the ground up. If you've ever wanted to create processes, drive operational excellence, and bridge the gap between project completion and long-term system performance, this is the role.

Compensation & Benefits
- $130,000–$180,000 base salary
- Annual bonus opportunity
- $500/month car allowance

What You'll Lead:
- QA/QC, startup, TAB, commissioning support, warranty, and performance validation
- Develop and implement post-construction handoff standards and processes
- Lead startup technicians, TAB, and QRT field teams
- Improve consistency, accountability, and system performance across projects
- Collaborate with construction, engineering, service teams, and clients

Ideal Background:
- Strong MEP, HVAC, BAS, or controls experience
- Commissioning or startup leadership expertise
- Experience building processes and programs from the ground up
- Ability to thrive both in the field and in a leadership role
