Contents Sales Representative

We are partnering with a growing restoration and home services company that is looking to add a Contents Sales Representative to their team. If you have experience in insulation, restoration, mold remediation, construction, or home improvement sales, this is an opportunity to join a company that offers strong earning potential and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-home consultations and inspections
- Identify moisture issues and recommend restoration and insulation solutions
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners from initial consultation through project completion
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated leads
- Meet sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What They're Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience in insulation, restoration, construction, or home improvement
- Experience with Puget Sound Energy (PSE) insulation rebate programs
- Strong consultative selling and closing skills
- Knowledge of residential insulation systems, ventilation, air sealing, and energy efficiency
- Self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000
- Uncapped commission with performance bonuses
- Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement
