IT Support Specialist

We are partnering with a well-established global tech company in the Enterprise IT space to bring on a talented IT Support Specialist.

Experience Required:
- 2–4 years of IT support or IT admin experience (small/mid-sized business environments ideal)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with backup/software technologies
- Familiarity with implementations, migrations, or deployments
- Excellent communication skills (interacting with both end users and IT managers)

Details:
$80,000 base + small bonuses
Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office)
