Director of Shareholder Communications & Engagement

We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking leader to serve as Director of Shareholder Communications and Engagement.

In this role, you’ll:
- Lead a high-performing team to design and deliver strategic, transparent, and impactful communications
- Connect with more than 20,000 shareholders across generations
- Serve as a trusted communicator, relationship-builder, and mentor who inspires innovation, builds trust, and fosters engagement within their shareholder communities

Details:
Location: Hybrid in Seattle
Compensation: $130K–$160K base + 15% annual bonus + full benefits
