Shareholder Development Program Manager

We are excited to be recruiting for a mission-driven organization looking for a Shareholder Development Program Manager. This role is all about creating and managing programs that support shareholders and their descendants through education, internships, career development, and enrichment opportunities—helping individuals build meaningful futures.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience designing and leading impactful education or career development programs
- 5+ years supporting individuals in educational or career-focused settings

Details:
Location: Hybrid (Seattle or Juneau, ~2 days/week in office)
Compensation: $95K–$115K base + 10% bonus + full benefits
