Marketing Coordinator

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Bellevue, WA (hybrid schedule).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting high-impact marketing initiatives within commercial real estate.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating high-quality marketing materials (presentations, proposals, brochures, email campaigns) using InDesign
- Supporting property marketing efforts and new business pursuits
- Managing and updating property listings across platforms
- Assisting with social media content and digital campaigns
- Partnering closely with brokers and internal teams on client-facing deliverables

What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign (required)
- Background in commercial real estate marketing (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-first mindset

Details:
- Location: Bellevue, WA (hybrid)
- Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
