Logistics Coordinator

We are working with a well-established freight forwarding company that plays a meaningful role in supporting U.S. military families and they are looking to hire their next Logistics Coordinator.

What they’re looking for:
- 1-3+ Years of Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
- A proactive, self-starter mindset
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment
- Strong organization + multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Team player with a “how can I help?” attitude

What you’ll be doing:
- Owning military household goods shipments end-to-end
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout their move
- Managing shipping documentation, customs, and compliance
- Problem-solving delays, damages, and delivery issues
- Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate records

Compensation + Perks:
- $28–$35/hr ($58K–$72K annually)
