HR Administrator
We are currently partnering with a well-established, family-owned wholesaler. They’re looking to bring on an HR Administrator who thrives in a high-volume environment and can support a workforce of ~1,100 employees.
This role is ideal for someone who values stability, is highly organized, and has experience managing complex HR processes at scale. The team is looking for someone who can step in confidently, handle volume, and help bring structure and efficiency to their processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing onboarding/offboarding, employee support, vendor coordination
- Supporting open enrollment and day-to-day benefits questions
- Tracking leaves and partnering closely with payroll
- Helping evolve performance review processes
- Overseeing Workers’ Comp and WA L&I
- Acting as a key HR resource for branch managers
- Supporting HR operations, records, verifications, and policy updates
Details:
- Fully in-office (Seattle - Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm)
- $70–75K + benefits
