The company operates in the SaaS + GovTech space, building software used by large public sector organizations, so the work is both highly complex and genuinely impactful. They’re backed, growing quickly, and at that ideal stage where you can still meaningfully shape how things operate.

They’re at a major inflection point:
- The product works
- Customers are growing
- But delivery systems now need to scale

They need someone who can step into ambiguity, create structure, improve prioritization, and help engineering/product/customer teams operate effectively together.

This is only the right fit if you’ve:
- Walked into smaller team environments and improved delivery processes (SDLC, QA, workflows, etc.)
- Driven prioritization and tradeoffs across engineering, product, and customer demands
- Can clearly articulate impact with measurable examples and outcomes

This is NOT the right fit if your background is primarily Scrum Master or coordination-focused.
