Product Development & Sales Coordinator

This role blends product development, merchandising, and sales coordination, making it perfect for someone with a creative eye, strong initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

*Please note this role is fully in office*

Highlights:
- Base Salary: $70K–$95K DOE
- Raise: $10K increase after 6 months (based on performance milestone)
- Commission: On products you help bring from concept to in-store sales (paid after full product cycle)
- Travel: 2–4x per year to Asia (China, Vietnam, Cambodia)
- Environment: Creative, hands-on role with long-term growth potential working directly with executive leadership

Experience Required:
- 5+ years’ experience in product development, merchandising, or sales coordination
- Experience selling into Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, or Menards
- Strong creative eye for seasonal or decorative consumer products
- High initiative — solution-oriented, self-starter, not passive
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience managing vendor or factory relationships, ideally in Asia (China, Vietnam, Cambodia)
- Comfort traveling internationally and domestically for trade shows and factory visits
