Sales Development Manager

We’re searching for a Sales Development Manager to drive new business growth and shape strategic partnerships across the South of the UK. This role is perfect for someone who loves being out in the field, thrives on building relationships, and wants to leave a lasting mark in the world of sustainable technology.
Compensation & Perks:
Base salary: £60,000–£65,000
OTE: £16,000–£20,000+ annually (with significant upside for exceeding targets)
Benefits: 100% employer-paid medical, 13% pension contribution, 10 months maternity / 3 months paternity leave
Time off: 25 days holiday plus extra personal days (school events, moving house, wedding day, etc.)
The Role:
80% new business development, 20% partner management
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate results
Be the face of innovation in the EV charging space
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of outside sales experience (renewable energy background preferred)
A natural connector who thrives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments
