Showroom Sales Associate (Bellingham, WA)

We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned distributor in the kitchen & bath industry that has been in business for decades. They’re looking for a Showroom Sales Associate to join their beautiful showroom and work with homeowners, designers and contractors.

This is a relationship-driven role where you’ll help customers bring their vision to life — from the initial conversation through project follow-up — while building long-term client relationships and driving showroom sales.

A few highlights:
- $50K–$60K base salary DOE + full benefits & 401(k)
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Family-owned company

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset
- Ideally, exposure to luxury, interior design, construction, or kitchen & bath

You don’t necessarily need to come from the kitchen & bath industry — product training is provided. They are looking for someone personable, motivated, and excited to work in a design-focused, customer-facing environment.
