Finance Leader (Atlanta, GA)

We are looking for a hands-on finance leader who wants to help build the infrastructure behind a rapidly scaling organization.

Our employer client currently owns and operates self-storage facilities positioning the company to acquire roughly 50 additional facilities over the next 6–9 months — with plans to accelerate growth from there. The company also has an affiliated software business growing 20% month over month.

Details:
Atlanta, GA | On-site strongly preferred
$130–150K base + equity

You’ll own:
- Accounting policies, financial reporting & the full close process
- Property-level, entity-level & consolidated financial statements
- Opening balance sheets for new acquisitions
- Capital accounts, distributions & institutional reporting
- Cash forecasting, entity funding, debt service & covenant management
- Multi-state tax compliance & entity registrations
- AP, payroll, benefits & administrative operations

Required experience:
- 3+ years of Big 4 experience — explicitly required
- Strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting experience
- Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity environment
- Real estate, private equity, investment funds, or a similarly complex industry preferred
- Experience with acquisitions and/or opening balance sheet preparation
- A mindset focused on AI, automation and building scalable processes
