Technical Project Manager

We are partnering with a scaling SaaS / GovTech company hiring a Technical Project Manager to become the operational engine behind its engineering organization. (This is not a task-tracking PM role)

Responsibilities:
- AI tool rollout and workflow integration (not experimentation — adoption + measurement)
- SOC 2 coordination and security documentation management
- Government client security questionnaires
- Engineering KPI dashboards and delivery visibility
- Cross-functional technical initiatives that cannot stall

- $120-$130k base

You have:
- 5–8+ years managing complex technical programs in SaaS or product-driven environments
- Worked in companies under ~1,000 employees (you understand ambiguity and scrappiness)
- Strong technical fluency — you’re comfortable discussing APIs, CI/CD, engineering workflows
- Experience building process from scratch, not just inheriting mature systems
- Led cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Exposure to security/compliance initiatives (SOC 2 or regulated environments strongly preferred)
