We’re hiring a Full-Stack Software Developer to join a small, high-impact product team at a real estate tech company that builds SaaS budgeting and forecasting software. You’ll work on a stable and well-established product, building features end-to-end and contributing across the stack in a collaborative Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React

  • Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to deliver new features

  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews

  • Build and consume APIs, work with SQL databases (MariaDB, MySQL, or Postgres)

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of full-stack development experience

  • Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and React

  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases

  • Familiar with Agile development, Jira, and Confluence

  • Bonus: experience with Jasper Reports, Redis, or DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, AWS)

  • U.S. citizenship required due to internal policy
