Production Team Lead

If you’re someone who thrives on both leading people and improving processes, this role might be for you. You’ll play a key part in coordinating daily production, driving efficiency, and fostering a strong, safety-first team culture.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a production team within the manufacturing module
- Coordinating daily operations based on the production plan
- Overseeing quality, safety, and efficiency using tools like SAP and visual management systems
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, ECR, CPI)
- Training and mentoring new and existing team members

Position Details:
$28–$35/hr DOE + Incentive/Bonus structure
Full-time schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hybrid role combining floor leadership and coordination tasks

What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of team lead experience
- 2–3 years of production experience
