Carrier Sales Representative (Kansas City)
We’re hiring a Carrier Sales Specialist to join a growing 3PL headquartered just south of Kansas City. What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with a network of carriers across the U.S.
Negotiate freight rates and secure capacity for customer shipments
Proactively source carriers to cover open loads, especially in tight markets
Track shipments and ensure high levels of service and communication
Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize carrier performance and pricing
Collaborate with customer sales and operations teams to meet client expectations
Maintain accurate records in TMS and internal systems
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of experience in truckload logistics or carrier sales (3PL or brokerage environment)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
High energy, proactive, and money-motivated
Comfortable working in a team environment and independently
Familiarity with TMS software and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
What You’ll Get
$60K base salary + uncapped monthly bonuses (where the real money is made)
