Carrier Sales Representative (Kansas City)

We’re hiring a Carrier Sales Specialist to join a growing 3PL headquartered just south of Kansas City. What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage relationships with a network of carriers across the U.S.

  • Negotiate freight rates and secure capacity for customer shipments

  • Proactively source carriers to cover open loads, especially in tight markets

  • Track shipments and ensure high levels of service and communication

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize carrier performance and pricing

  • Collaborate with customer sales and operations teams to meet client expectations

  • Maintain accurate records in TMS and internal systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in truckload logistics or carrier sales (3PL or brokerage environment)

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • High energy, proactive, and money-motivated

  • Comfortable working in a team environment and independently

  • Familiarity with TMS software and load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
